My client is London based Start-up Company that is an exclusive distributor of cutting-edge spinal fixation devices. Due to substantial growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Spinal industry to continue to develop business across London.
The product portfolio you will be working with is very diverse and has been carefully selected by the managing director. This year alone they have added an additional 3 products to their portfolio with plans to expand it further in the near future. This will give you the opportunity to work with new and innovative premium products that will help you broaden your expertise in the spinal industry.
This position is ideal for a successful spinal sales representative who is looking for a new and exciting challenge
Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager role include;
* Improving sales Figures and growth in the desired territory
* Obtaining and maintaining new accounts
* Implementation of sales strategy
Key requirements for this Area Sales Manager Role Include;
* 5-7 years of successful spinal sales experience
* Proven track record of achievement of targets
* A strong commercial mind-set
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
