Junior analytical Scientist - Learn on the job

Position:
The position will be in the Analytical laboratory and you will carry out analyses along with the other analytical staff focussed on industrial coatings. In this fulltime role you will report to the Principal Chemist Analytics.

Major accountabilities
* You are expected to perform analytical work using advanced analytical techniques and equipment and are able to interpret the obtained results.
* You will participate in research and development of new analytical test-methods and techniques.
* You will assist in the daily routine of dealing with analysis-requests in the analytical laboratory using standard and non-standard analytical methods.

Your profile
* Degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent,
* Experience in an analytical laboratory, preferably in a polymer or coatings environment.
* Exp. in analytical skills such as: chromatography (SEC, HPLC), spectroscopy (FT-IR, UV-VIS) and wet analysis.
