Job Details
Nonstop is currently looking for a Senior Global Export Manager on behalf of a growing company launching its lead product in the field of Molecular Nuclear medicine. This recent success has also led to a significant staff increase across Europe for the last 3 years and the company keeps expanding significantly due to its promising pipeline, essentially in the field of rare diseases and oncology.
You will responsible for the development of geographical scope for the company's new compounds, and more generally for all the distributors/portfolio commercial management. The main objective will be to Identify/contract with potential partners to prepare/secure the commercial launch of the of the compounds. As such, you will work in close collaboration with other departments and report directly to the CEO.
Your missions will also include building productive and profitable working relationships with partners and provide product and technical support to them. Furthermore, you will address concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction as well as develop competency and qualification plans. Finally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of partner's marketing plans, recommend improvements and oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.
Profile:
- 5 years of experience in channel management and understand how to contract/sell via a partner channel in the pharmaceutical industry at international level
- Ability to travel frequently
- You speak English fluently, another language will be desirable.
