Job Details
My client is one of the biggest chemical players worldwide. Within Europe they are focusing heavily on expanding their market share and become an even bigger player. To support this growth they opened up a new function in the team in Germany, here you will be doing internal support to the sales team, about 8 persons big. My client is selling a lot of their products into the automotive industry, Food, Industrial Chemical and Health care Industry.
To help facilitate sales you will be preparing documents that show compliance for potential prospects. Without this information, a sale can't be made, which means you fill a crucial role in the future of the business. Think about documentation like: PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ISO 16949, (M) SDS, ISO 9001,.... As mentioned you will be the first person to fill this role, which gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom to shape the scope of this role. Further you will join an international environment, where you will interact with different cultures. Joining now is the right moment, so you can develop within the business.
To be successful:
* Fluency in German and English
* Experience in a similar role doing sales support for a chemical company
* Willingness to work full time
* Good communication skills
* Living in the Mainz area or willing to relocate
