IT Administrative coordinator-50%-German needed

For one of our multinational Pharma clients we are looking for a part-time administrative coordinator to work 20 hours a week. This position will working together with the senior managers in the organisation and providing administrative support and coordination within their IT department.

This vacancy is ideal for those professionals who enjoy working and liaising between departments, managing IT related requests, booking meetings and flight tickets, arranging congresses and conferences, invoicing coding and approval, placing orders and monitoring of budget. You will also be managing the on-boarding process for new employees including providing all materials and devices (mobiles, sim cards etc).

Our client is looking for candidates with previous experience in IT Administration and Support, Coordination and demonstrated ability in working across different functions in the pharmaceutical industry. If you re coming from a Life Science or Med Tech background that will be an advantage but candidates from other industries will also be considered. English and German fluent is important as this is the company`s work language.
