Occupational Therapist - Specialised Field of Work

We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our mental health service in Kent.
As an occupational therapist, you will be specialising in complex mental health problems with people who might have challenging behaviour or a forensic history. In this way, you can specialise in the specific field and expand your knowledge.

We do believe in constant development within our service, therefore, will provide you with special employee courses and support. This will further help you to develop your skills and experience.

You will be required to provide specialist OT assessments with each service user, using the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) to guide practice, and develop and implement occupational therapy intervention focussing on daily living and vocational skills in consultation/conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.

The Requirements:

* Registration with HCPC
* Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* Experience working with adults in mental health
