Ideally, you have:

* 5 years as a Risk Manager and/or Auditor
* Ability to audit risk processes and models, as well as provide solutions
* Ability to build and develop risk models
* Experience in model and system testing
* A mathematical, computer or physics degree
* Experience in data handling, preferably
* Diplomatic style of communicating
* German and English
