Customer Service/Field Service Engineer
My client is looking for a professional with an Engineering degree to bring in to their team as a Customer Service Specialist (Field Service Engineer).
You will focus on Mass Spectrometry, giving you a very interesting product line that will keep you far more engaged than the standard machines.
In terms of hard skills, successful experience in LC or MS/HRMS and understanding of GMP/GLP are a must. Proficiency in English and German is also required with any other European Language being an advantage.
