Our client is an international Regulatory affairs and clinical affairs consultancy
with multiple offices in Europe and Asia, working with the pharmaceuticals
companies across the globe. The Company is now facing an exciting time with
further expansion of the business, leading to a number of opportunities arising to
join their international team.
Sales Executive Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES are to support our business development managers
(BDMs) by:
- Management of communication with business support, projectmanagement and administrative departments concerning all aspects ofpotential sales activities and contracts for service projects, on behalf ofBDMs
- Preparation of business presentations, draft quotations, service proposals,and contractual agreements for discussion and finalization with BDMs
- Preparation of business trip plans for BDMs
- Tracking and record keeping for sales documentation, as well as review and follow up of corrective documentation
- Communicating with clients for some commercial matters in the event that BDMs are not available
- Arranging conference calls and video conferences
- Preparation of project announcement requests for signed contracts
- Follow up to coordinate resolution of unbilled and unpaid sales
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced written and spoken English (close to native speaker level)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Multi - tasking and problem solving skills
- Business development & sales skills are a big advantage
- Ability to work under time pressure and urgent deadlines
- Well-organized person paying attention to details
