One of NonStop's long standing clients are actively searching for a Customer Care Specialist to join their international team at their UK base in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for any customer service professionals with some previous experience who are looking to work for an innovative medical diagnostics company and take on a 1 year contract that will see you working closely with the Field Service team and becoming an integral member of the task force.


As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks such as order and inventory management, database integrity and planning trainings for the Field Service & Sales teams. Working closely with other professionals in the medical device field will help to enhance your skill set, as well as improving your communication skills and time management. All of these qualities will increase your employment opportunities for the future, as well as give you a great insight into the medical field as a whole. This position will initially be offered as a 1 year contract, however the possibility to extend into a full time position is high given the continued expansion of the company.


Key Requirements for this Customer Care Specialist position include:
* A small amount of previous experience in a Customer Support/Service role
* An educational background to degree level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems
* Candidates must be based in Cambridge or have the ability to relocate to the region
