If you're looking for a sales position where you can really focus on relationship management and working with technical equipment then this is the position for you. My client, a world leader within the transfusion diagnostics sector, are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to manage accounts across the Central and Eastern regions of Switzerland. This position will see you focusing on the main university hospitals across Bern, Basel, Zurich, St. Gallen and Lucerne and will require for you to be onsite 80% of the time, meaning you can build strong relationships with your customers and truly embed yourself within the hospital environment.

This is a challenging sales role in that your competition within the transfusion diagnostics market is fierce, meaning you will need to work hard to maintain your customer base, as well as looking for leads and other business opportunities to develop your network even further. You will be coming into a market where the territory is already developed, giving you a strong basis on which to start earning your bonus quickly!

Key Requirements for this Sales Specialist position include:

• At least 3-4 years of sales experience with haematology / blood plasma / transfusion products
• An educational background within a scientific discipline or related sector
• Fluency in German with a good understanding of English. French would be great but it's not a must.
• Ability to be on site within the hospitals in the German speaking region of Switzerland for 80% of your time. The other 20% will be home based anywhere in Basel, Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen or Lucerne
