Director DMPK - Lead a Large Team - China

I am currently working with a growing organisation, who are looking for a senior level candidate to lead both projects and a group within DMPK. This is a pivotal role where they are really looking for a senior expert to design and lead a team who will be responsible for Bioanalysis, In-vitro ADME assays, animal studies and large molecule PK studies.

Based in China, both English and Mandarin are required for this opportunity. A competitive package along with relocation assistance is provided, along with the chance to really manage and lead your own group within DMPK.

You should be a PhD, with considerable international experience managing various DMPK studies, as well as groups/teams/departments. You will be the leader of this department, providing mentoring and training, as well as being the technical lead to ensure projects are running smoothly and within both time and budget. This is a visible position, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, so you really get a chance to build on your experience already but in an exciting and growing company.
