Senior Manager

The responsibilities of the role include:
* Ordering of products according to agreements in place
* Monitoring of production schedules and deliveries from CMO's
* Driving monthly S&OP process with suppliers
* Establishment, maintenance and monitoring of inventory levels
* Supply chain reporting activities (Excel-based)
* Working closely with QA, Regulatory & Finance staff
Essential Duties:
* Design and execute supply plans to meet market demands and customer requirements (uninterrupted supply to patient)
* Lead contract manufacturing, packaging & labelling operations for drug product and API's
* Support tech transfer initiatives where required
* Primary liaison with CMO's and API suppliers
* Manages weekly / monthly supply chain reporting activities (Excel-based)
* Preparation of monthly customer and supplier S&OP process
* Monitoring of inventory levels at central DC and at in-market nodes
* Keep management informed of any significant risks to supply
* Manage the integration of new product acquisitions into the companies supply chains
* Participation in cross-functional teams as required
Work Experience:
* 5-10 years of supply chain experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry
* Proven track record in managing highly international supply chains
* Experience in collaborating with CMOs and third-party logistics providers
* Knowledge of US pharmaceutical market and affinity with FDA regulations
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:
* Outstanding supply chain planning, communication and collaboration skills
* Highly efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
* Fluent in English (company language, both written and verbal)
* High working ethics and integrity
* Compliance mind-set and robust understanding of cGMP environment
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a small team
* Ability to work with a wide variety of external stakeholders and represent the companies interests towards third parties
