Global Head of Government Affairs - Geneva - Oncology

Nonstop is currently looking for a Global head of government affairs on behalf of a growing company launching its lead product in the field of Molecular Nuclear medicine. This recent success has also led to a significant staff increase across Europe for the last 3 years and the company keeps expanding significantly due to its promising pipeline, essentially in the field of rare diseases and oncology.

You will be a commercial leadership team member and responsible for shaping the external policy environment in support of the company's business strategy. As such, you will be driving an integrated government affairs strategy together with communications and in close collaboration with market access as well as the country heads. You will be engaging with multiple external stakeholder groups while securing alignment with overall public affairs strategy.

In addition to developing and driving government affairs strategy implementation you will Guide business heads on identifying local risk and developing local GA strategy. You will train how to leverage global tools/events to maximize impact at national level

Profile:

- 7-10 years working experience in a GA/international relations/public affairs or related business
setting with significant international exposure in the pharmaceutical industry
- Successfully managed complex projects with high visibility, ability to lead without authority
- Ability to understand and translate scientific/oncology concepts into political stakeholder language
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English; German preferred
