CP Social Workers - Non Drivers Accepted - £32.34ph - Capped Caseloads - West Midlands

I'm just getting in touch as I'm working in a Nonstop Exclusive opportunity with a Local Authority in the West Midlands offering Senior Social Workers a pay rate above the cap rates at £32.34 and also cases capped at 15 within their Care Management and Court Teams.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to take on complex cases at a reasonable number and be rewarded financially more so than any other authority in the West Midlands.

These positions have come about after a successful hire of numerous Newly Qualified Social Workers so in this position you will also get opportunities to mentor junior staff and work closer to gain the skills for a more senior position in the future.

They are looking to have interviews next week and roles will simply go on a first come first serve basis according to experience and suitability for the position. With an aim of getting you started as soon as possible, although they can work around reasonable notice periods.
