The NIHR Clinical Research Network (CRN) Coordinating Centre uses cutting-edge digital learning technologies to support the Clinical Research Delivery workforce and associated stakeholders (including Patients & the Public). The NIHR funded workforce is supported through modern workplace learning practices to deliver new, novel and innovative clinical research.This includes supporting the development of understanding and confidence in the science, technologies and methodologies.

We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Officer who will assist in supporting the planning, design and delivery of learning content for the CRN. 

A particular focus of this role will be to support the Research Delivery Directorate who are responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of policies and processes across the CRN Portfolio (commercial and non-commercially funded research). These activities provide a framework for effective planning, set-up and delivery of research across the healthcare and social care settings. Communication and understanding of these activities and their impact in an engaging and effective way is vital to ensure research is consistently supported across the country.

This exciting role will suit a dynamic individual with a keen interest in developing learning content across a variety of digital platforms, tools and services. The post-holder will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and may have some prior experience of working within a project or service delivery environment.
