Can you work independently and proactively as part of a supportive and friendly team?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive high-level research and facilities support to the School of Mathematics and PA support to the Research Director. You will coordinate various aspects of research support including monitoring and reporting on grant applications, website updates, and managing the research-related finances. You’ll also be responsible for acting as the School Space Contact, managing small estates projects, and being the main point of contact for facilities matters throughout the school.

You will have experience of providing high-level administrative support whilst managing your own workload, and demonstrating strong organisational skills. You’ll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to handle and solve problems efficiently and professionally.
