Job Details
The competition may be entered by candidates of impeccable ethical conduct, fulfilling the conditions determined in article 109, section 5 of the Higher Education Act of July 27th, 2005 (Journal of Laws (Dz. U.) no. 164, item 1365 as amended.) and qualifying requirements listed below.
The competition shall be closed no later than two months from the date of the announcement. The competition will be adjudicated by the Council of the Department of Earth Sciences. The candidate appointed in the competition proceedings shall be employed by the Rector at the application of the Dean, accepted earlier by the Council of the Department. The contract of employment may be concluded for a specified or unspecified period of time. The first contract of employment is concluded for a specified period of time.
The candidates are kindly ask to submit the documents to the Dean’s office at the Faculty of Earth Sciences (room 117), tel. 32 3689-400, 41-200 Sosnowiec, ul. Będzińska 60 until April 27nd 2018.

Statement in accordance with the article 109, section 5 of the of the Higher Education Act of July 27th, 2005
Statement that University of Silesia in Katowice will be the primary job as defined by the Act (article 2, section, point 33 of the Higher Education Act
Statement of the candidate entitling the selected organizational unit of the university to include the candidate in the staff minimum for the field of study for the first, second and long cycle study programmes held at the University of Silesia in Katowice
