Description (field, expectations, comments):
People who answer the following requirements defined by the act of 27.07.2005 the High School Act (unified Law text from 2017 r., position 2183 including subsequent changes)  and the Statute of State Higher Vocational School Memorial of Prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg can enter the competition.

I. Requirements for the candidates:
doctor’s degree in medical sciences or health sciences,
at least 5 years of professional experience,
didactic experience in higher education,
knowledge of the Polish language enabling teaching students,
availability - work within the time limits set by the dean of the faculty,
to take up employment in SHVS mem. Prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg as  the main place of work within the meaning of the Law of the Higher Education,
belonging to the staff minimum at the Nursing Department.
 
2. Required documents:
application to HM Rector of SHVS mem. Prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg,
professional, educational CV,

personal questionnaire for the person applying for employment,
a copy of the higher education diploma, a copy of the diploma of obtaining a doctoral degree,
 a list of scientific achievements,f)
statement of the candidate saying that in case of winning the competition and undertaking the employment in SHVS in Tarnobrzeg agrees to be included into personal minimum of the Nursing Department,
statement of the candidate saying that in case of winning the competition and undertaking the employment in SHVS in Tarnobrzeg this school will be the basic place of work of the Law of the Higher Education,
statement of unpunishability,

statement of agreement to processing the personal data enclosed in the work application for the needs of recruitment process according to the act of 29.08.1997 about the personal data protection (un. text O.G. of z 2016 r., poz. 922).
 
Documents from point 2 lit. a, b, c, e, g ,h, i, j should be signed by the candidate.
Qualification documents issued in a foreign language beyond the Polish borders must be applied translated into Polish by a sworn translator.
