Job Details

Nonstop is currently looking for a Sales Force Excellence Manager on behalf of a growing company launching its lead products in the field of Molecular Nuclear medicine. This recent success has also led to a significant staff increase across Europe for the last 3 years and the company keeps expanding significantly due to its promising pipeline and growth, essentially in the field of rare diseases and oncology.

You will be reporting to the Global Head of Marketing & Sales and be accountable for the development, delivery, implementation reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), to achieve key business objectives.
As such, you will be engaging with relevant internal stakeholders in order to implement a SFE programme to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy. You will ensure effective Veeva CRM deployment, user training and engagement and develop tailored dashboards / reports to monitor launch and sales performance data and track progress.

Finally, you will develop transparent analytics and measurements and ensure standards are set, communicated and maintained for all SFE programs. This position has been created specifically for an experienced candidate who will use his/her knowledge to ensure the successful deployment of those programs and contribute to the company's expansion and growth.

Profile :
- Master's in business or science degree
- 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or agency in a Sales Force Excellence /Sales Analytics / Business analytics/CRM Management role
- In-depth knowledge of CRM reporting systems preferably Veeva CRM
- Qualitative and quantitative market research experience
- Experience in sales force excellence and pharma product launch; oncology would be a plus
- Fluency in English; French would be a plus.
