I am looking for an Experienced Clinical trial administrator/Coordinator to work together with a team of passionate trial manager, Directly at the Copenhagen sponsor based office, with the support and training of a Local CRO, So you will be able to enjoy best of both CRO and Sponsor.

The job

• Provide coordination and support to the Senior Clinical Trial Manager & Clinical Medical Officer
• Assist in managing contact with sites and vendors.
• Draft and/or assists with the preparation of trial-related documents, tools and templates.
• Track and maintain study logistic information, systems and tools.
• Provide support from study start-up through study close-out.
• Develop naming convention for the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Track and reconcile essential documents for TMF according to ICH GCP and company procedures and ensure the quality of documentation and archiving.
• Keep database, tracking systems and tools up to date to support budget payment and contracting processes
• Actively take part in Study Team meetings.
• Take charge of administrative tasks and setting up Investigator meetings

Education And Experience

• 2+ years of experience as CTA
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
