Psychologist - Band 8 - LAC

Are you an experienced psychologist passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people facing crisis?

My well-established client based in Shropshire are expanding their service. They're on the lookout for a Senior Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist like you to join their team.

You'll be valued for your clinical leadership, providing psychological assessment to young people placed in 12 week placements and making recommendations for future care.

You'll have the freedom to organise your diary to maximise your work based in one location and reduce overall travel time (usually there isn't more than 30 mins to 1 hour travel within the day).

To be considered, you'll need:

- a doctorate in Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychology (HCPC registered)

- experience with children and adolescents, ideally in therapeutic residential care home/LAC settings

- proven experience in supervision/leadership

- a driver's licence with access to a reliable car
