The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) at The University of Queensland provides an information environment that supports the teaching, learning, research and engagement objectives of the University and contributes positively to the student experience and the University’s reputation, in line with our values of Service, Team, Accountability and Results. The role

The CAHP Support Officer will be the senior business and technical escalation point for the CAHP Process, and will be responsible for delivering client support liaising with other staff as required. They will also support queue management and other activities within the team, working closely with the IT Service Delivery Managers to deliver effective and efficient services to clients.

The person

Applicants should possess Significant relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in Aurion and CAHP. You should also have experience and a high level of technical skills in the provision of remote and on-site support, knowledge of school scheduling processes, understanding of payroll processes and Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, 12 months fixed term appointment at HEW Level 7. The remuneration package will be in the range $81,883.65 - $89,559.15 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $89,662.59 - $98,067.27 p.a.).
