Lab Supervisor - Leadership Skills - Beerse

A pharmaceutical company is looking for a Lab Supervisor to manage the lab team to do research and analysis for their animal health portfolio. It is a medium-size team so you can transfer your knowledge and coordinate the different tasks. I heard they need a good leader to bring more structure. Your presence will make a big difference in the atmosphere and results.

Profile:

• Scientific Degree, preferably pharmaceutical
• Some years experience in a lab
• Strong knowledge of lab techniques, especially chromatography
• People management experience is required
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French and/or Spanish is an advantage

The person you will report to is the Regulatory and Development Director and from my previous contacts with her, I can assure you that she is very honest and clear. In that way, you will know what to expect and get the right support when needed.
