Job Details

My client is a biological agrochemical manufacturing focussing on Bio Pesticides, Fertiliser, Bio Stimulants, …Due to expansion they are looking for an experience sales person to join the team. You will be the go to sales person for Poland, giving you a lot of autonomy and decision making freedom to shape the future of the role.
You will be working together closely with local distributors, upskilling their product knowledge, do active sales training and work actively to expand the market presence of my client in Poland.


The company is going through a strong phase of expansion, what means that the portfolio will keep expanding and you will have new products to propose to clients, also giving you career growth opportunities.


To be successful:
* Proven sales / business development experience with Pesticides, Fertilizers, Bio pesticides, bio stimulants…the more knowledge you have the better. But also good candidates with only experience in one of the above can be considered
* Good technical knowledge, helping to monitor field trials
* Fluency in Polish and English
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work autonomous and to not be micro managed
* Working Home office in Poland, ideally relatively close to Poznan
* Valid EU working permit
