Job Details
You will actively develop, interact and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with a broad range of significant leads (both internal and external) at decision-maker level, building a WSI membership model and base. You will promote the WSI as a centre of excellence on a national and international level.
It is essential you are able to demonstrate your experience of lateral and strategic thinking as we will rely on this to support the WSI Directors in formulating and contributing to strategic plans and propositions for the WSI. In addition, your ability to communicate in a professional, transparent and timely manner are key to use delivering the project to time. You will have achieved a skill level equivalent to achievement of a professional qualification or postgraduate degree in business management/administration. A project management qualification would be beneficial.
The post will be held in the Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) at the University of Southampton. The Department and the University
In the 2014 Research Excellence Framework, ECS was first in the UK for the volume and quality of research in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The volume and quality of ECS Computer Science research is in the top 10 in the UK, with 100% of Computer Science research impact rated as world-leading or internationally excellent.
