We’re looking for someone with a passion for property and student life to join our small team! Bristol SU Lettings is a top ranking ethical letting agency operated by the University of Bristol Students’ Union. We offer a customer focused, free agency service to our students, offering support and guidance through what can be a daunting experience. Our landlord services range from property advertising to full property management, and everything in between.

The role of Lettings Negotiator is to act as the first point of contact for initial queries, primarily from tenants and potential tenants. You will be responsible for viewings, tenancy negotiations, basic letting admin and will support the lettings process from initial enquiry to move in. The lettings services we provide are student focused and the emphasis on high levels of service is key.

 

Hours

35 hours per week, plus additional hours as necessary. Flexibility is required and there will be an expectation of longer hours during peak times and occasional Saturdays.

  • You’ll have experience in a customer service focused role.
  • You’ll be confident with IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • You’ll know how to be motivated, have excellent communication and organisational skills, have great attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
  • You’ll have fantastic client liaison skills and a positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  • You will have a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
