Job Details
We are currently advertising for an Office365 (Exchange) Administrator to join the existing Office365 team and to help support and develop Exchange Online at the University. You will work closely with the Office365 Exchange Specialist and Office365 Technical Architect. You will be a key member of a talented and friendly Office365 team who are delivering real change at the University.
You will have prior experience and demonstrable expertise administering Microsoft Exchange in either an on-premise or cloud environment. Excellent communications skills and prior experience in user support is a must. You will work closely with the IT Service Desk to resolve faults and issues and will be the primary person leading in the resolution of issues too complex for the Service Desk. You should have experience using the Office365 Admin Centre and in administrating Exchange Online using PowerShell.
