Head of Communication - All around content strategist - Pharma Industry

One of our clients, a family-owned, international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Head of Communication to lead a team of experts and help shape both the internal and the external communication and content creation! This role is located in the Cologne area, Germany - relocators from EU countries welcome!

We are looking for some who feels ready to oversea:
- the internal company communication - intranet, newsletters and in general all corporate communication activities
- the external communication - internet, social media, traditional media, clear brand communication for better company visibility and brand recognition
- the media relations as a spokesperson, maintaining relationship with the media and strategic planning for future cooperation

A very complex role giving you the opportunity to prove yourself as an all around communications expert, leading a small team of experts and liaising with various teams such as the brand team of the company, and reporting directly to the Head of Global Communication.

What we are looking for as absolute must haves:
- Experience in communication (PR, media relations, crisis management), in branding, ideally also from the pharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience
- Native level English skills
- Excellent written (drafting and editing) and oral communication skills
