HR Payroll Specialist - Step up to HR Business Partner! - Bavaria, Germany

You will join the office in Neu-Ulm, and work for one of the brand of a global group. In the future you will manage an office of 20 people, which will offer you the possibility to develop skills in a HR Business Partner level as well, and have, this way, great career perspectives for the future. At the same time you will deal with different administrative tasks, and besides payroll, you will also deal with calculation of pension and benefits, which you will be trained on. This way, you will add new skills to your package of qualifications, but also add new responsibilities to your day to day tasks and make your role more interesting.

Daily responsibilities:
- execution of the entire monthly payroll;
- Maintenance of master data and time management data;
- Processing of garnishments;
- Pension and benefits administration;
- Processing of the registration and certification system;
- Creation of evaluations, statistics and KPIs;
- Cooperation with different authorities.

Job requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll;
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and common MS Office packages;
- Knowledge of German labour law;
- Completed commercial training with additional qualification in payroll accounting or a comparable qualification;
- English and German
