Teamlead Validation/Verification - Swiss MedTech - German/English
Our client is a global manufacturer of medical devices for use in hospital, university, and laboratory settings - in a leading market position, growing, and with it the Quality department. On top of their 'wanted' list is a Team leader of Validation and Verification to be responsible for both
- Defining the strategy and planning all V&V activities for the team, while
- Planning of team resources across all projects and coaching and motivating the team to improve performance
On a day to day basis, this also means
- Responsibility for the test area, equipment park and test infrastructure
- Definition, execution, and improvement of test processes, techniques, tools and laboratory management
- Compliance to applicable standards, directives and regulations for medical devices (ISO 13485/9001 and 21CFR820)
- Support with production issues, customer complaints, and proposals for product improvement and cost savings
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of the R&D part for the Device History File and user documentation (IFU)
- Definition, improvement and implementation of SOPs
This is a key role to the company growth - as such we are looking for a more senior Validation/Traceability expert with a background in Mechanical or Medical engineering, and at least 5 years (Medical Device) industry experience including peoples' management experience
German and English are both essential.
