Job Details
This role will provide administrative support in the Income and Credit control team. This is a busy student facing service that responds to fee collection, invoicing, cash collection and credit control.
You must be a customer focused, positive team player with not only a ‘can do’ attitude, but strong attention to detail. You will work flexibly across the three service areas and according to demand. The ability to work under your own initiative and with a high degree of self-motivation is also required, supporting the Income and Credit Control Manager and Team Leaders to deliver the administrative functions.
Ideally you will have relevant experience in a customer facing environment, strong organisation and numerical skills, ability to work to tight deadlines, and experience of working with a range of IT systems, software and MS Office packages. Experience of working in higher education institutions and cash handling is also desired.
