Are you able to build effective working relationships with a wide variety of people?
Would you like to work in a small team focussing on employee progression and job security?
You will provide support to the Specialist Support Administration Officer and other members of the Specialist Support team in the administration and delivery of our redeployment and promotions processes which are concerned with the retention and progression of existing University staff.Working with people across the organisation, your focus will be on providing a professional administrative support service for our customers. This will involve responding to queries, ensuring processes are followed and problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You will have good administrative skills and previous experience working in a customer focused environment. You will also have experience of managing a full and varied workload with minimal support.
