Country Sales Manager EP - Switzerland - GER, ENG
One of our clients, a market leader world wide, is looking for a National Sales Manager with expertise in either EP or CRM to lead the way and grow the market penetration on the Swiss market for a great, highly tehcnical EP product line!
In the role you would get the chance to work with a team of specialist, familiar with the product and the region, giving you a great starting point to achieve this. The high quality of the products assures a huge potential growth for this department, the fastest growing one in the copmany!

- Develop the sales strategies trailer made for Swiss market and achieve approved sales goals and maximize market penetration
- Maintain all contacts and relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Lead Buyers, professionals within the medical community, or competitors, as appropriate, to maximize the company`s exposure in the industries and awareness of all industry information
- Support all new product introductions and clinical testing, within regional market
- Communicate or recommend new product ideas, competitive findings, product enhancements, identified or uncovered by the sales force, to ensure that future markets are being pursued and opportunities for expansion and growth are realized
- Build and lead a high performance organization to deliver operating plans by hiring, training, coaching and developing direct reports
- Make sure that all team members have the necessary product and technical skill trainings, enabling them to contribute to the common sales goals
What we are looking for:
- Years of experience in Sales in EP or CRM
- First Leadership Experience, a confident leading personality with drive for growth and expansion, but able to integrate into an existing team
- Medical understanding in active cardiovascular devices, especially medical and medical engineering understanding for medical devices
- Great communicational skills in both German and English (French is a plus)
