They are searching for a National Sales Manager to lead a small team of 4 people, as well as promote the continuing success of their electrophysiology (EP) product range across Switzerland.

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for the EP product range across the Swiss market, as well as supporting new product introductions and building a high performing sales culture within the team. You will be working with a product line that has already experienced impressive growth and has huge potential in the market, giving you a solid platform for success.

This company boast multiple business units and the opportunity for you to take your career in either a horizontal or vertical direction. Key Requirements for this National Sales Manager position for EP products include:

• Previous sales experience within the electrophysiology field is a must
• Fluency in German and English. French is beneficial but not essential.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience
• An understanding of the KOL / hospital network in Switzerland is highly beneficial
• Candidates can come from anywhere in Europe, however you must already have full working rights for the EU and meet with the required skill set listed above.
