Job Details
Our client is a leading provider of electronic applications for the Automotive and Aerospace industry. They are looking to hire a Field Sales Manager to cover the Belgian and French market. You will be homebased and will have the possibility to make up your own agenda. This freedom and independence will enable you to have a good work-life balance and be in charge of your schedule.
This is an exciting the time to join this organisation as well as they are currently actively expanding their Sales department across Europe. You will contrubute immensely to the growth which will ensure solid personal financial gains as well.
You will:
* Ensure Sales Targets are achieved
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction Performance Targets are achieved
* Proactively manage customer expectations through established
processes.
* Identify new business opportunities
* Establish monitoring systems to track performance against
objectives.
* Determine company resources to meet company objectives.
* Assist with the market research process and analyse / interpret
the results.
* Assist with the company sales promotion activities and analyse
/ interpret the results.
* Attend Industry Trade Shows, Seminars, B2B events and other
business networking opportunities
* Manage the company public relations (Interfacing with
Corporate PR where necessary). .
* In conjunction with the Operations Director Europe establish
Sales targets by customer and market classification.
Your profile:
* Sales experience in a relevant senior Field Sales & Marketing / Key Account Management role
within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry in France and/or Belgium
* Qualified to Degree or Diploma level in Electronics Engineering or Sciences
* Significant knowledge & experience of sales / business planning.
* Proven ability to interface with a support network of sales administration, technical, production, quality contacts(
primarily plant-based )to achieve targets and service levels.
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
