SHEQ Manager - Manage Teams in Multiple plants - Gent

As a SHEQ manager you fill a senior position in the company, you will be managing a 10 person safety and EHS team that is spread across 2 production plants. The company is currently going through very strong phase of change at the moment, where they are really reinventing their safety culture across the board. This means that you will be in charge of making policies and make sure to implement them on the floor. This can happen through the management of your team, but also due to actual being on the floor yourself, so you don't lose the feeling with the day to day work. As facilitator of this change culture, you will play a very important role in the future of the company.

You will split your time between 2 production sites, one close to Zelzate and one close to Ronse (Belgium). Therefor it would be ideal if you live somewhere in the middle, Gent area.

To be successful:
* Proven SHEQ experience
* Good management skills
* Fluency in Dutch , English . Good level of French or willing to learn
* BRZO and or SEVESO experience
* Good communication skills, showing you can help with the cultural changes at the client
* Valid EU passport
* Living in the Gent area or willing to relocate
