International Sales Manager - Additives - PVC - Home based

I am currently working with a great client, a growing chemical company who has a strong presence in the market and have reached 400 employees after just a short time. With huge financial support from the US, my client is currently developing their European branch and is looking for a confident sales professional to join the team and enhance their client base in the additives market across BeNeLux, France and Scandinavia.

For the team in Europe you will be working very closely with the Vice President of Business Development based in the US, and together will strategically map out strong development points in order to increase their name in the industry. This opportunity, as a strong professional, will allow you to grow in a niche field that can open a number of doors for you in the future. This position is great for a natural leader who has a strong understanding of the additives market (or similar) and want to develop their career further.

The main focus will be:

• Maintaining an existing network of suppliers
• Sourcing and developing new contacts and relationships
• Drive the business further from a distribution perspective
• Responsible for analysis of european market

In order to be successful for this position, the following requirements are a must:

• 5-10 years experienced Ssales person
• Strong background and network in the additves market
• Fluent in English + bonus language: French, Dutch, German, Swedish and Norwegian
• Willing to travel

This position can be home based!
