Social Worker - Assessment - Low Case Load
A Local Authority's Referral & Assessment team is looking for a Social Worker to join their team in the South East. The successful post holder will be given access to a number of training opportunities, including ABE training, making this a great post for you if you are are looking for a role that allows you to develop, practice and enhance your skill set.
For their Referral & Assessment team they offer a guaranteed capped caseload of 15, which is considerably lower compared to surrounding Local Authorities. Their aim is to allow social workers to go back to enjoying their day to day work by being in a position to manage their workload.
The successful applicant will have previously worked within a Referral & Assessment.
