Inside Sales Advisor - Global Leader for Genomic Services

This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a Sales position for a global leading organisation. Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on offering technical
support and service to clients.

My client, a Global Leader for Genomic Services, is now looking to increase their team by hiring a Inside sales advisor to help them with their growth.

You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is the leader in their field by working with a very unique product range that will develop your skills within the market. They are well known for their training and development program which will put you on a fast track for a quicker progression.

Main duties include:

* Immediate client interface by dealing with enquiries, troubleshooting and coordinating
both externally and internally Ensure compliance to GMP
* Liaising with suppliers and our internal operations team as appropriate to
answer/respond to technical queries or gain information of the sanger sequencing
services provided by the company
* Liaising internally regarding pricing queries
* Process and log all orders received by the company through the central finance
systems
Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This is an English speaking environment and experience in UK or the EU is needed.
