Registration Officer - 12 month maternity cover- Global Pharma Company

This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a Regulatory Affairs position for a global leading organisation. Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on working closely with internal and external parties in order to ensure suitable dossiers (marketing authorisation applications / post-approval submissions) are prepared and dispatched on-time for products in designated EU and non-EU territories

My client, a global pharmaceutical company, is now looking to hire a Regulatory Officer to help them with the extra workload for a temporary 12 months fix term contract.

By working with them you will have the opportunity to work for a company with one of the largest product portfolio of generics and brand medicines. This will give you a new skill set and also allow you to work with registrations in both EU and Non-EU countries making your profile more marketable.

In addition, this will onely be a 12 months contract in order to cover a maternity leave, however due to the growth of the company this can be easily transformed in a longer term career path within the company.

Main duties include:

* Ensure suitable dossiers (marketing authorisation applications / post-approval submissions) are prepared and dispatched on-time for products in designated EU and non-EU territories.
* Ensure databases and systems are maintained in accordance with current SOPs to fulfil regulatory obligations
* Maintain an awareness of regulatory requirements and use this information to optimise departmental procedures and processes
* Support Line Manager through participation in project teams; and mentoring/training junior team members
* Ensure databases and systems are maintained in accordance with current SOPs to fulfil regulatory obligations
*
Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in Regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This is an English speaking environment and experience in UK or the EU is needed.
