Office Manager - Collaborative international team

You will join a rapidly growing business that is a leader in capital solutions technologies and offer your administrative, HR and office support to the well functioning of the organisation. You will work in an international entrepreneurial environment, and have the chance to coordinate projects independently from beginning to completion, and bring your contribution in the culture of the company.

You will work closely with the HR Manager of the business, and deal with responsibilities as coordination of meetings, organization of internal events, travel arrangements for your colleagues, update several HR systems and resolve different problems and inquiries.

What will you need for this?
- Proficiency in Czech and English (C1)
- Advanced PC skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to grow and improve.
