PV Operations Manager - Hertfordshire - Varied PV Activities

Working alongside of the world's most established generics companies who are looking to speak with experienced Pharmacovigilance Operations Managers to join their UK team. Someone with strong experience in both managing a PV team while also showing purposeful actions for PV operations.

SOP's, SMP's, Training Plans, Global ICSR QA you will have a varied role in ensuring that your UK and global colleagues are all following the same practices and keeping up to date with all legislation changes. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a smaller company and had a taste of the different areas of PV but is now looking to move everything into one role and realty take ownership of these areas.

If you have a varied background within PV and enjoy the varitey that the area can bring this is a great opportunity for you to be able to use all your various skills instead of being marginalised like so many companies like to do with their more senior staff. Giving you more variety in your day to day operations, keeping your day from slowing down or making your work life repetitive. This also ensures that all future roles will be open to you rather than being pidgeoned holed into a specific area of PV and limiting your future employment options.

Being based in Hertfordshire the site benefits from great public transport links along side being close to a main Motorway junction for anyone looking to drive to the site.

The requirements for this role are as follows:

• 5 years experience within Pharmacovigilance
• Line Management Experience
• Life Science Degree
