Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Brussels which has built track record of success in supplying pharmaceutical and biotech companies. They are looking for a Quality control Manager who wants to develop within a Chemical project and gets the opportunity to step up.
I truly believe in this company because they have 10 manufacturing facilities and 1500 employees in the world which makes them a very stable company. Our client's aim is to help employees to achieve their real potential.
Mission:
* Management up to 10 team members
* Managing SOPs, change controls, deviations, OOS and CAPA
* Validation of Analytical methods
* Stability studies management and results interpretation
* Coordinate laboratory equipment acquisition, qualification, calibration and preventative maintenance.
Profile:
* University degree in a scientific discipline with analytical background is mandatory
* 5 years in a similar role
* Strong quality and service minded
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently in a fast paced multitasking environment.
