Job Details
Job Purpose
To contribute to the achievement of the School’s research strategy and make impact to industry by undertaking additive manufacturing research activities within an established research programme.
Person Specification
Applicants are expected to have high level of competence and practitioner experience in CAD/CAM and manufacturing processes, e.g. machining or metal AM technologies, modelling of process-material interactions, designing manufacturing solutions that integrate complementary technologies, the use of different surface characterization/ measurement technologies for process optimization. Good communications and management skill are desirable.
