Job Details
The company I'm working with is a massively growing biotech company. For example they're looking to hire 200 new people this year alone. They more then tripled their revenue from 2012 to 2016, and they're not looking to stop anytime soon. This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking to be a part of this growth. This both opens up development opportunities for you as an individual, and creates an optimistic and driven work environment.
The way they've grown this fast in by having a huge focus on R&D, and have released blockbuster drugs. So with a number of new and exciting products in the pipeline, it is an excellent time to join them.
The site itself is located in south-west Ireland, and they're looking for someone to relocate there. The company is more then willing to help with this relocation. They are looking for someone who:
- Has a relevant degree. Preferably a master or PhD
- Downstream processing experience
This is a scientist role within small-scale processing. So the duties will range from ensuring that the scientific investigations are planned and cordinated cross-functionally to presenting the findings to all relevant parties. The role also entails carrying out small-scale process validation studies and assisting in the analyses sampled generated from lab scale studies.
