Your position
You are responsible for providing administrative support to Prof. Dr. Maria Katapodi and for help with organization of the "CASCADE Study", a multidisciplinary Swiss-wide study. The study targets families with pathogenic variants associated with hereditary breast/ovarian cancer and with Lynch syndrome. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing participant recruitment; prepare expense, scientific, and ethics committee reports; provide administrative support for third-party applications; and event organization. You will also be responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Prof. Dr. Katapodi and ensure, in collaboration with the other administrative staff of Nursing Science, the efficient administrative cooperation within the department.
Your profile
- Familiarity with the Swiss healthcare system
- Familiarity with the university environment
- Mother language German and very good oral and written English skills
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is highly desirable
- Very good PC user knowledge (MS Office)
- Good editorial skills
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Responsible, reliable, able to take initiatives, with positive attitude, and high work ethic
- Master's or higher degree desirable
