Job Details

My client is a big player in the specialty sector, with proven reputation in the Polyurethane sector. Due to expansion of the team, they are looking for an experienced sales candidate to join the team. The company has been acquiring other companies in this market; this means that their portfolio is expanding and that you can use new ways to market, targeting existing and new clients.


You will be responsible to manage a portfolio between 25 to 35 million in turnover and be in charge of multiple countries. A strong focus is on Belgium, the UK and Nordic countries, but occasionally you can also be in charge of other countries. This makes it a senior position, where you will build an international network, working with many different cultures. As this is a new position in the team, you will be the first person doing this role, giving you a lot of freedom to shape the future of the role.


The successful candidate can work from home and should be available for international travel.


To be successful:
* Proven sales experience with Speciality raw materials
* Polyurethane experience is much preferred
* Knowledge about value-based sales
* Good communication skills in English
* Home Office from Belgium, UK, Netherlands or Germany
* Valid EU passport
* Willingness to travel for around 50%
