A Swiss based company with a strong reputation on the international medical device market are looking to take on an Sales Manager for Southern Europe to develop distribution networks and introduce new products within the orthopaedic trauma portfolio. This is a challenging sales position, looking for an experienced medical device sales professional within the orthopaedic or trauma field who is looking to exercise their distribution management skills and travel extensively to increase market share and establish their name alongside a global brand.

As a Sales Manager for Southern Europe, you will be on the road 60-70% of the time as you strive to build strong relationships with both existing and new distributors in orthopaedic trauma. You will become an international name for this company, focusing on countries such as Spain and Italy, as well as the Middle East & African markets. You will have the chance to strongly progress in your career through contributing to an expanding organisation and improving sales achievements.

Key Requirements for this Sales Manager Southern Europe position include:

• At least 3-5 years of orthopaedic sales experience
• Previous experience across the Southern European & MEA markets is highly beneficial
• Experience in managing distribution networks on an international scale
• Fluency in English & German with either Italian or Spanish language skills
• When not travelling the ideal candidate will be based close to Basel in Switzerland, however there will be flexibility with this for strong applicants
• Ability to travel up to 70% on an international level is required
