I am looking for a nurse advisor for a fast-growing Global Healthcare insurance company In central Copenhagen. Where you get to help patients all over the world live happier and healthier lives.

We supply healthcare to people all over the world and with many different patients and practises all over the globe you get to be the binding force between the healthcare and the insurance part of the operations around the globe, So you help people both locally and internationally with finding the right procedures and advise on the prosses.

The role

• In a professional and approachable manner, proactively deal with medical inquiries from internal and external customers and provide clinical advice and support through the most relevant format whether that is a face-to-face meeting, telephone or written communication.
• Though evidence-based reference, evaluate medical information and determine the clinical eligibility for medical care, and maintaining both best practice and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify, develop and comply with quality criteria for the clinical team and the business in general including the registration of complaints and ensure appropriate feedback is given, and corrective action is taken.
• Support, participate and contribute to business wide projects and initiatives including to plan and perform business relevant presentations to internal and external parties.
• Actively plan and perform training of new staff within the team and non-medical staff for them to delivering excellent service for medically based inquiries.
• Ensuring that the electronic records reflect up to date medical information, clinical decision, advice, and communications with the member.
• Ensuring timely deliverance of Clinical Services.

Education And Experience

• Clinical Experience. Min 5 years.
• PC literate
• Excellent written and spoken abilities in English and Danish.
• Experience business relevant preferable.
